Selectinginer began in 2021 as a side project — a single brass pendant lamp made for our own kitchen because we couldn't find one that felt warm, considered, and quiet all at once.

Five years later, we're still chasing that same feeling: the way light folds across a room at the end of a long day. Every piece in our collection is hand-finished by independent makers — ceramicists in Pennsylvania, glass blowers in Brooklyn, rattan weavers in Indonesia — all of whom we've personally visited.

We don't release new collections every season. We don't run flash sales. We add pieces only when they're ready, and we keep them in our line for as long as they sing.
