Live with your piece for 30 days. If it doesn't sing in your space, send it back for a full refund. We cover return shipping for the first return on every order.
How to return
Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 2 business days and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or defective
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, photograph the issue and email us within 7 days. We'll replace it at no cost or issue an immediate refund — your choice.
