Order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud.
Pricing & availability
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax. We try to keep stock levels accurate, but in rare cases an item may sell out before our inventory updates — in which case we'll refund in full.

Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the items in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
